PAYMENTS

Before completing the purchase process, the user will be able to choose the payment method that seems best to them, following the “Payment Methods” link, where the different options will be available.

CREDIT CARD. The order will be confirmed immediately after the charge on the card is accepted.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are included for orders with national destination in the peninsula. Other destinations, consult the cost.

DELIVERY TIME: Orders placed and with confirmed payments (for products in stock) before 1:00 p.m. on business days*, will be sent within 24/48 hours of the following business days. This will be the average delivery time, however, for reasons beyond CAMINITO’s control the delivery time may be affected (transport strikes, adverse weather phenomena…). The transport agency designated for the shipment will make 2 delivery attempts on consecutive days, and if it cannot be done, it will be the customer who will have to contact CAMINITO to resolve the incident. If in the end the customer does not facilitate delivery before the package is returned to its origin, €5 will be charged for the expenses incurred in case of requesting the return of the product or requesting a reshipment of the same.

*Working days are understood to be Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

DELIVERIES: During the purchase process the user will have to indicate the complete and real shipping address, and will be solely responsible if it is not indicated correctly and therefore, will have to face the resending costs that may arise from the change of direction. In case of cancellation of the order for this reason, €5 will be deducted from the shipping costs incurred.

RETURNS

The user has 15 calendar days to return their purchase as long as the product is not used and is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with the corresponding labeling and promotional/gift items if included in the shipment. . Collection due to order cancellation will be free. If the product is returned without complying with any of these points, it will be reflected in the amount of the product’s return.

One size exchange pickup will be included per order. In the event that the client needs more changes, he will have to bear the costs incurred, since he has a size guide available to see which is the most appropriate.

Products that are manufactured to order with specific customer instructions will NOT have a return option.

If the product sent suffers from a manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged or returned at no charge to the buyer.
